For shipping within Australia, patterns will be charged at $3 per item. For shipping of other items, small tracked satchels will be used at a cost of $10 per satchel and medium sized tracked satchels will be used at a cost of $12.50 per satchel. We can also ship worldwide; prices will be determined on an individual basis. All costs include GST unless otherwise indicated. 

Our terms and conditions are in line with the Australian consumer laws. We do not refund for change of mind purchases but will happily except an exchange up to 14 days except with books and patterns. We will gladly offer a refund, repair or exchange on items found to have a manufacturer’s fault. No exchange or refund on sale items. Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase.
